October 13th, 2009 | 0 comments | Posted by Diana

Just 50 years after the launch of Barbie, 42 years after the introduction of Colored Francie, 41 years after the birth of Christie, and 6 months after a trampy-ass tattooed Barbie, Mattel has finally launched a Black Barbie that isn’t just their skinny white doll with darker skin, or part of a collectibles set.

“Color is so IN!”

Oh, Bravo. BRAVO. How expedient. How relevant.

Can’t wait to see the”Yellow Annie” series in thirty years. Should be real cause for celebrasian.

Run, little Chinese baby, run!
