We almost lost our muzzafuzzin’ minds today when a photo of the Argentine women’s soccer team (rocking Spain’s chink-eye style) surfaced on Gawker–holy frijoles, are we witnessing a “respect” epidemic?? It’s like a worldwide fad of “loving” spinning crazily, slantily, er–respectfully out of control!!! Awesome!

We’ve actually written a song about it. It goes a little somethin’ like this (hit it!):

Seriously, Spain? Now You’re Starting to Piss Me Off.

Today, Gawker dug up another photo of a Spanish national team–this time, it’s their 2008 Fed Cup tennis team–making chinky faces. Spain beat China in the Fed Cup semis to reach the final against Russia, which will be played in Madrid, September 13-14.

More “loving” and “respect” from Spain to my people?? Awww! Y’all shouldn’t have. Really…it’s too much.

DISGRASIAN OF THE WEAK! Suzie Wong’s

A new Disgrestaurant/club opened last night on West 27th in New York called Suzie Wong’s, named, we presume, for the infamous Hong Kong hooker with a heart of gold.

Although earlier buzz on the 4,000 square foot, bottle-service club promised waitresses dressed as geishas, Suzie Wong’s has since scratched that idea. Those fretting that they might not get the full Ornamental experience here (e.g. fits of covered-mouth giggling, tiny women mincing about in feet-binding shoes, massage with release) sans geishas need not worry. According to New York magazine, Suzie Wong’s offers Geisha and Madame Butterfly cocktails, as well as a four dim sum-variety Love U Long Time platter! Now that’s what we call some pan-Asian conflasian!

And guess who’s throwing a party there tonight?
