The Minneapolis/St. Paul Asian American Film Festival is showing over 30 films from 12 different countries now through Saturday, November 13. Check out the festival website for titles and tickets. [Minnesota Film Arts/The Film Society - thanks, Slanty!]

The Chicago Filipino American Film Festival opens tonight and runs through Sunday. The festival features shorts and features, including the latest film from Palme d’Or winning director Raymond Red. [CFAFF]

The “B Here” Campaign will be at UCSD on November 8 to educate the community about Hepatitis B prevention. Programming includes a multi-media art exhibit and entertainment from performers such as Paul “PK” Kim of Kollaboration, Paul Dateh, and dance troupes Quest Crew and Kaba Modern.
