HuffPo reports that Elizabeth Hurley attended a black-tie event this week in London dressed in a sari but “forgot” to wear a blouse underneath.

   3. While it is true that there are women in India who do not wear blouses under their saris, they would never not wear one under a sari that sheer.

   so, I live in India…and the thing is, if you want the sari to stay in place YOU PIN IT TO THE FRICKEN BLOUSE! I wonder if she stapled it to her shoulder.
